Virginia and Laura met when Laura was born. They grew up in the same family and have kept in touch ever since. Virginia is a comedian and Laura is both a therapist and also Virginia’s sister.

Virginia Jones is a comedian, actor, and writer. She can be seen on Portlandia, CNN’s History of Comedy, and on an Australian tap dance infomercial. Virginia has worked with Maria Bamford, Myq Kaplan, Zach Galifianakis, Bobcat Goldthwait, and Jackie Kashian.

Laura is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She graduated from the University of Texas in 1999 and began her professional career as a hypnotherapist in 2001. She went back to school and got her Masters Degree in Professional Counseling at Texas State University in 2010. She has had a private practice in Austin, Texas since 2006.
